You may feel some gentle pressure when starting a new set of aligners, which is completely normal - it indicates the aligners are working. This sensation usually fades within a few days. Overall, clear aligners are designed to be a comfortable teeth-straightening experience.
If you struggle with cleaning, we recommend cleaning capsules or soaking them in a cup of water with a teaspoon of baking soda for 10 minutes, then brushing with toothpaste.
Chewing gum is not recommended during treatment, as it can stick to the aligners and it's uncomfortable. We recommend removing the aligners before eating or drinking.
Although you can remove the aligners anytime, you need to wear them at least 22 hours a day. Wearing them less may reduce their effectiveness and cause the treatment to deviate from the plan.
On the first day, yes - but you'll quickly get used to them. Most clients don't notice any lasting effect on their speech.
